Mr. Adair has served District 4 since 2014. He is retired after 30 years with Ashland Chemical Corporation and he and his wife Glenda live in Calvert City. Mr. Adair represents WKRECC on the Kentucky Electric Cooperatives Board of Directors and is a member of the NRECA Resolutions Committee. He is also a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Mr. Galloway joined the board in July of 2025 and will serve District 3. He is a retired teacher and school administrator, having served as Director of Pupil Personnel, Assistant Superintendent, and ultimately Superintendent of the Graves County District. Mr. Galloway and his wife Donna live in Graves County.

Mr. Hargrove has represented District 1 since 2005. He is President of The Murray Bank, serves on the Murray-Calloway County Economic Development Board and is a member of the Murray Rotary Club. He and his wife Kathy live in Murray and attend Glendale Church of Christ.

Mr. Barnes has served District 4 since 1998. He is retired from Ashland Chemical and lives in Benton. Mr. Barnes was born and raised in the Harvey community and graduated from Marshall County High School. He and his brother operated Barnes Grocery for nine years.

Mr. Burchett has served District 1 since 2016. A lifelong resident of Calloway County, Mr. Burchett earned a degree in agriculture/political science from Murray State. He and his wife Debbie operate Burchett Farms. Mr. Burchett is an active officer, leader, and member of the Calloway County Farm Bureau, and a member of the Independence Bank Board of Directors.

Mr. Crider has served District 2 since 2014. He is a manager with Pilgrims Mayfield Poultry Processing Plant. He and his wife Kim live in Milburn and are members of Milburn Methodist Church. Mr. Crider is a U.S. Army Veteran and earned an agriculture degree from Murray State University.

Mr. Elliott has represented District 3 since 2016. He is Feedmill Manager for Pilgrim's Mayfield Poultry Processing Plant. He is a graduate of Graves County High School and earned a master electrical license through West Kentucky Vocational School. Mr. Elliott and his wife Heather live near Fancy Farm and are members of St. Jerome Catholic Church.

Mr. English has served District 4 since 1999. He is a former board president and past member of the Kentucky Electric Cooperatives Board. Mr. English is retired from the Marshall County 109 Taxing District and he and his wife Autumn live in Calvert City. He is a graduate of Marshall County High School. Mr. English raced modified and dirt track late-model stock cars for many years and won numerous track championships.

Mr. Potts has represented District 1 since 2006. He is a retired agriculture teacher and school administrator. He owns and operates Greenscape Nursery. Mr. Potts and his wife Jane live in Kirksey and are members of Glendale Road Church of Christ. Mr. Potts is a member of the Calloway County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and the Kentucky Farm Bureau Horticulture Advisory Committee.

Mr. Clark has represented District 3 since 2020. A self-employed farmer, Mr. Clark and his wife Chrissie live in Sedalia. They are members of Sedalia Baptist Church. Mr. Clark serves on the Graves County Farm Bureau Board of Directors.

Mr. Smart has served WKRECC as President & CEO since 2002. A native of Paris, Kentucky, he holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering arts from Georgetown College, a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Morehead State University. He is a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Smart lives in Murray. He is a member of the Central Service Association Board of Directors and the Murray Lions Club.
