James Riley

My name is James Riley, and I am married to Rhonda Glover Riley. We attend Glendale Road Church of Christ. I graduated from North Marshall High School in 1967 and attended Freed Hardeman University. I retired as a chemical operator at Air Products and Chemicals after 43 years.  I previously owned Cabin Hill Cattle Company which was designated a historical farm in 1992 and has been in the family for over 150 years. I am also a chairman for Historical Markers in Marshall County. My family has been in the electrical contracting business for over fifty years.

Benny Adair, a Marshall County Native and dedicated leader, brings a wealth of strategic experience in management and leadership to the electric cooperative sector.
He served honorably in the U. S. Army and retired from Ashland Chemicals. While employed at Ashland Chemicals, he served as the Machinist’s Business Representative an advocate for working men and women.  Committed to higher education, Benny holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management which anchors his approach to electric cooperative governance.

His deep expertise in the electric cooperative sector is highlighted by his extensive service with the West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (WKRECC), where he has represented District 4 on the WKRECC Board of Directors since 2014.  Demonstrating strong leadership among his peers, Benny has served as both an officer and Board President of WKRECC.  His influence extends to the regional and statewide levels; he served as the Chairman of the NRECA Region 3 Resolutions Committee and is currently the Chairman of the board for the Kentucky Electric Cooperatives Statewide Association. He has also previously served as President of two other statewide boards.  Deeply rooted in his local community, he remains an active member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Beyond his professional achievements, Benny. Is a devoted family man.  He has been happily married to his wife, Glenda Barnes Adair, for 46 years.  Together they are the proud parents of three children—Kara, Scott, and Kristi—and the grandparents of eight grandchildren.
