Budget billing establishes equal monthly bills throughout the year, making it easier to manage your home utility budget. Budget billing is available to residential members who have a 12-month billing history at their present address and who are current on their payments.
Does budget billing sound right for you? Interested members may sign up each year between March - May. The budget billing agreement must be completed and returned to the cooperative by the May statement penalty or due date.
