The West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Emergency Need Utility Fund (ENUF) offers an easy way for WKRECC members to partner with local Need Line agencies to help low-income families pay their electric bills. Need Line screens applicants and allocates available funds to qualifying applicants based on established program criteria. Each member may make a one-time contribution to ENUF or may add a specific amount, as low as $1, to each monthly bill to fund this program. ENUF contributions go back to the county from which they were collected, to Need Line or to other agencies familiar with emergency needs. To participate in the program, please complete and return this pledge form.
